As an Admin Team Leader, you will:

  • Oversee the daily operations of a team of Case Managers.
  • Recruit and build a strong team, ensuring successful onboarding.
  • Manage workloads and re-allocate tasks to meet business needs.
  • Use motivational strategies to boost team performance.
  • Conduct regular one-to-one meetings and annual appraisals.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to team members.
  • Liaise with HR and other departments for effective employee management.
  • Handle escalated calls and resolve client/team queries promptly.

Package and Benefits:

The package for the Admin Team Leader includes:

  • Annual salary of £30,000 with a £500 monthly bonus – OTE £36,000.
  • £3,000 salary increase after 3 years.

The ideal Admin Team Leader will have:

  • 2-3 years of experience managing a high-performance contact centre team.
  • Experience working within a legal team would be a huge advantage but not essential.

  • Experience in motivating teams in a busy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
