As a Business Development Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with SME owners who need stock finance solutions.
  • Cultivating a network of key introducers, such as finance brokers, accountants, and advisory firms.
  • Structuring bespoke finance packages, from initial consultation through to deal completion.
  • Liaising with internal credit and operational teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client support.
  • Taking ownership of your assigned territory, identifying and converting new leads.
