As a Case Manager, you will:

  • Proactively manage a pipeline of cases to ensure swift completion of applications.
  • Respond to telephone calls, enquiries, and correspondence from clients, lenders, and conveyancers.
  • Conduct security and KYC checks on borrowers.
  • Review application forms, loan documentation, credit reports, and other relevant documents.
  • Handle queries from introducers, direct clients, and third parties, ensuring excellent service.
  • Obtain and chase quotes from third parties such as valuers and solicitors.
  • Prepare offer documentation including ESIS and Facility Letters.
  • Organise and maintain internal digital filing systems.
  • Accurately enter and update data in internal CRM systems.
  • Identify process improvements and potential issues proactively.
  • Collaborate effectively with the team and wider stakeholders.
  • Manage the handover of completed loans to the servicing team.
  • Adhere to all risk, compliance, and financial crime-related policies and procedures.
