As a Commercial Relationship Manager, you will:
- Initiate and convert funding applications through a network of introducers and established funders.
- Develop and sustain relationships with key funding partners and potential funders.
- Communicate proficiently with business owners, introducers, and lenders.
- Accurately input and update data within the CRM system.
- Report the progress of leads to originators.
- Analyse financial and other data to appropriately package deals.
- Continuously update your knowledge of lenders.

The ideal Commercial Relationship Manager will have:
- Experience in a similar role within an intermediary or banking environment, concentrating on funding SMEs through Asset-Based Lending, Unsecured Loans, Property Finance or Invoice Financing.
- A wide network of introducers generating customer leads.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Superior communication abilities, both in person and over the telephone.
- Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Extensive experience within the Financial Services sector.
