Our client is a renowned financial services company known for their commitment to integrity, professionalism, and customer satisfaction. Specialising in First Charge Mortgages, Second Charge Mortgages, Equity Release, Insurance, and Bridging Loans, they are a leader in their field.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll:

  • Manage a pipeline of second charge mortgage applications through to completion.
  • Review and accurately underwrite new cases according to lender criteria.
  • Handle all necessary administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with customers both in writing and verbally throughout the process.
  • Request required information from third parties such as mortgage companies, solicitors, and surveyors.
