Our client is a family-run business with a multimillion-pound showroom and preparation centre based in the North West. They operate a large online vehicle leasing sales operation that serves customers across the UK. With a workforce of over 300 people, the company is looking to further grow the business.
As a Car Leasing Sales Executive, you’ll be accountable for:
- Progressing warm leads from various enquiry channels
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Using internal software to find the best deals for customers
- Handling car leasing, buying, and finance queries
- Achieving personal and team sales targets
- Adhering to company procedures and FCA Conduct Rules
- Maintaining high customer satisfaction and retention

The ideal Car Leasing Sales Executive will have:
- Previous experience in a sales role (motor trade experience not required)
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly telephone manner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivation and a passion for providing good customer service
- Proven track record of achieving targets
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills
- Good commercial awareness of the automotive industry (preferred but not essential)
