As a Collections Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients who have taken out finance for projects.
  • Keeping updated on project progress to pre-empt any issues that may cause repayment problems.
  • Reviewing pending litigation and receivership cases to ensure repayment dates are met.
  • Ensuring accounts are managed to exit in a timely manner, guaranteeing loans are repaid.
  • Delivering a positive experience throughout the customer journey to ensure repeat business.
  • Reviewing and assessing customer developments to ensure progress and planning meet agreed deadlines and costing schedules.
  • Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth borrower journeys.
  • Enforcing litigation action where needed by analysing strategy reviews at forbearance or foreclosure.

To be considered for the Collections Advisor role, you should have:

  • Experience working as a Collections Advisor, Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar.
  • Experience working within a regulated environment.
  • Strong rapport-building skills, especially when dealing with senior-level individuals and business owners.
