With over 10 years’ experience in recruitment James has founded multiple recruitment agencies (Fintelligent in 2015, previously J2 and Leaders in Care in 2017), with Fintelligent winning best specialist recruitment agency in 2019.
James has built up a brilliant reputation for delivering people that make an impact for clients across many industries, particularly within Financial Services. One of James’ passions is helping fast growing SME’s scale up at speed, having delivered many volume recruitment projects for multiple businesses, advising on employee value propositions and strategies to increase staff retention.

Zac is a consultant within the private practice legal sector, with a focus on working with the Top 50 and US Law firms within the London market. Zac’s practice focuses on working with candidates predominantly in corporate and commercial, TMT, employment, and contentious matters.
Working closely with associates and partner level candidates, Zac prides himself on his ability to build strong relationships with whoever he works with and only sets people up with opportunities that truly reflect what their requirements are when moving firms. Outside of work Zac is also a keen MMA podcast host and enjoys walking in the peak district with his dog Bosco.

Briony is a consultant within our Senior Finance division, supporting Private Equity or similarly high-growth businesses across the UK. Working closely with CFO’s and Senior Finance professionals, Briony prides herself on building successful relationships, using her market knowledge to maximise the potential outcome for both Clients and Candidates.
Briony graduated from Liverpool University with a degree in Law and joined Fintelligent before relocating to Manchester. Outside of work, she is often found walking her dog along the sunny coast of Lytham St Annes, escaping the hustle and bustle of the City.

Eliza Dalley
Operations Executive
Eliza is part of our Operations team and plays a key role in providing executive support across our operations and accounting functions. She joined us in 2021 and since then has excelled within the business.
Eliza also leads our corporate social responsibility (CSR) and is passionate about environmental impacts, ethical responsibility and continually makes many positive changes within the business including managing our partnership with Earthly making Fintelligent a carbon-positive company.

Harry Davis
Harry prides himself in going above and beyond for candidates and clients alike, listening to needs and wants, applying effective methods and approaches in order to get the best results, and ensuring lawyers and firms can achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Harry enjoys listening to live music. He also enjoys travelling abroad and subsequently holds a keen interest in Latin America having spent a number of months travelling around Colombia in 2018.

Victoria Elmore
Office Manager
Victoria enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with running the daily operations of our busy office. From planning incentives to managing the day-to-day operations of the business, she is adept at wearing many hats and managing multiple tasks.
Having relocated back to the UK in 2021, Victoria lives in the heart of Manchester city centre and loves exploring the city and enjoying the vast variety of culture and cuisines Manchester has to offer.
