Fintelligent is working with a Venture Capital backed Fintech business looking to hire an experienced Head of FP&A. The CFO is now looking to scale up the business’ product line and build a high performing commercial function of which you will play a key part in developing. Given the recent funding, there is significant scope for the Head of FP&A to influence strategic decision making during a period of high growth. The role will be based in Manchester, however there will be flexibility for hybrid working. Main Duties
- Overseeing commercial reporting
- Building a fit for purpose FP&A function including hiring and managing a team
- Budgeting and reforecasting
- Business partnering with product and sales team
- Leading monthly board pack generation including variance analysis
- Building 3 statement financial models
- Driving EBITDA growth
- Engaging investors
Person Specification
- Fully Qualified (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
- Commercial exposure
- Strong modelling skills
- Excellent communication with the ability to influence non-finance
- Exposure to or interest in technology driven businesses
- Experience of managing and developing a team
