Fintelligent are working with the UK’s largest integrated property services group, offering a range of services across over 650 estate agencies and lettings offices, employing almost 10,000 people across the UK, and operating under 50+ brands!! The client is looking to further enhance its Surveying Division in Central Manchester by adding 5 new Telesales Consultants to the team following a host of promotions!!

Telesales Consultants work Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm, calling warm leads generated from multiple sources to discuss surveying services and ensuring that every customer gets the correct service provided to match their requirement.

Daily responsibilities of the Telesales Consultant will include:

  • Outbound calling – speaking with warm leads to secure sales of surveying services
  • Building rapport and developing positive relationships with customers
  • Prioritising customer satisfaction throughout the support process
  • Building rapport and developing positive relationships with customers
  • Adhering to company standards around quality and compliance
  • Accurate recording of customer communications
  • Providing precise and tailored advice and information
  • Hitting and exceeding targets/KPIs – generating increase in business for the company and commission for themselves!!!
  • Ensuring a positive resolution for each customer spoken too

So, what do the company expect from applicants?:

  • Current or recent experience working in a fast-paced office environment – ideally in an outbound, telephone based sales position
  • Ability to demonstrate a background in hitting and exceeding sales targets/KPIs
  • Excellent time management and pipeline management
  • Proven ability in building rapport and overcoming objections to a positive resolution
  • Desire to learn new skills and achieve career ambitions

On top of the benefits package which includes a company pension and lifestyle discounts on things like restaurants, shopping etc, the business offers a salary of £18,000 rising to £22,000 in as little as 6 months if targets are met (discussed at interview) and uncapped commission, with the team average £1,200 – £1,600 per month and top billers in excess of £2,000 per month!!!
