As a Debt Finance (Energy & Infrastructure) Associate, you will:
  • Draft and negotiate financing documents for domestic and international debt finance deals.
  • Review and draft commercial project documents.
  • Work on acquisition finance, particularly within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
  • Collaborate with a team of experts on complex projects in renewable energy, oil and gas, and digital infrastructure.
  • Provide strategic advice to private equity funds, project developers, and institutional investors.
