Consultant Zac Green, who joined the company in 2022, shares that Fintelligent is &ldquo;everything you would want in a job: rewarding, fun and challenging work.&rdquo; Part of the legal division, Green works with top law firms in the UK and into the US. The recruitment process in legal is a bit different than other industries - the deals are more complex, typically with a longer time to implementation but a high return on investment. When his first deal finally closed, Green was treated to a bottle of champagne and a surprise celebratory dinner. He shared that whenever a deal is closed, the staff member&rsquo;s name is displayed on visible dashboard, and much like at a sporting event when a superstar comes onto the field, their favorite song is played to announce the good news - amidst the encouraging cheers of their colleagues. One year in, Green couldn&rsquo;t be happier with his decision to come to Fintelligent; he is already up for a promotion and sees a promising future&nbsp;ahead.

Dan has supported the UK and European Real Estate markets for over a decade, working with leading lenders and funders across Development Finance, Bridging, Specialist Term Mortgages, and Special Situations. He holds an exemplary track record at all levels and is known as a pioneer of project-focused, value-add recruitment solutions.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and dog Charlie. He is a keen golfer and a follower of football and rugby league.

Daniel Greenhalgh

Taya joined the company in 2017 and has since advanced to the position of Associate Director of People and Organisational Development.
In this role, she leads the development and execution of innovative learning and development strategies, providing crucial support to both managers and consultants. Taya also oversees the integration of cutting-edge technical solutions, ensuring that the business is equipped with the best tools to serve clients efficiently and empower individuals to achieve their full potential. Taya Hornsby

James is the Divisional Manager &ndash; Legal at Fintelligent, he oversees the management and growth of the Legal team in both the US and UK markets.

James holds an Economics degree from the University of Manchester and in his spare time can be found skiing or attending music festivals.

James Noble

Tom is the Divisional Manager for Real Estate &amp; Senior Debt, a sector he has supported since 2021.
Tom works with seasoned professionals and emerging talent across Development Finance, Bridging, Structured Finance, and Real Estate Private Equity, partnering them with Advisories, Banks, Non-Bank Lenders, and Investment Managers in the UK and EU. His client book ranges from leading global enterprises to boutique firms with complex and esoteric financing appetites.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys the company of his wife and young son. He is an avid follower of Manchester United and a keen gym-goer and boxer.&nbsp;

Tom Simpson

Andy is an Executive Consultant in Fintelligent&rsquo;s Legal division, having joined the business in 2020. 
He has an extensive track record of placing seasoned professionals and emerging talent in the top 100 grossing law firms in the US and UK markets. Andy&rsquo;s client book includes the most prestigious BigLaw and Magic and Silver Circle firms.

Andy Barrett

Jenni has been with Fintelligent since 2017 and is a Principal Consultant on the Financial Services team, typically working on assignments for mortgage advisors, case management, and collections advisors.
Jenni&rsquo;s role covers a variety of sectors, including property finance, insurance, accountancy, motor finance, and banking. Her client base consists of loan brokers, insurance providers, property lenders, and contact centres.
Outside of work, Jenni enjoys wholesome weekends with her husband and dog Basil. These include cooking, discovering new dog walks, and enjoying the latest Netflix series.

Jenni Lunt

Owen joined as Principal Consultant in 2024, he is responsible for the growth of Fintelligent&rsquo;s Business Finance offering which focuses on Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, Vendor Finance, Stock Finance, and Trade Finance.
Owen operates UK-wide, working with funders and intermediaries on assignments for sales, credit, operational roles, and senior management positions. His client base is multi-sector, focusing on firms that provide tailored funding solutions to trading businesses and high-net-worths. Additionally, Owen provides support to the Real Estate team on operational roles.
Originally from East Lothian, Scotland, Owen relocated to Manchester in 2022 and established a local football club which he both plays for and manages. Owen and partner Niamh are expecting their first child, a baby boy due in January.

Owen Nayar

Harry joined Fintelligent in 2022, helping to establish and grow the US Legal team. Harry has since progressed to Senior Consultant and focuses on strategic talent placements for leading private practices across the US.
Harry works closely with top-tier US and international law firms&nbsp;and middle-market, regional, and boutique firms. His expertise spans both contentious and non-contentious legal disciplines, and he has a proven track record of successfully placing associate, counsel, and partner-level attorneys in some of the most sought-after positions nationwide.
In his personal time, Harry enjoys supporting his football team Crewe Alexandra, and is a keen music fan and concert-goer.

Harry Davis

Sofie joined the US Legal team as a Senior Consultant in 2024, following a successful career focusing on the Risk &amp; Compliance market.
Sofie partners with&nbsp;lawyers across the United States with a focus on New York, Washington DC, Chicago, Texas, and California, to unearth career opportunities in the AmLaw Top 100 firms. She mainly supports Associate and Counsel level candidates in lateral moves across a range of practice specialties including Banking, Investment Funds, Project Finance, Real Estate, and Tax.
Originally from Aberdeen, Scotland, Sofie studied Law at Glasgow University and in her spare time enjoys hosting dinner parties and caring for her two kittens.

Sofie Hayward

Max joined Fintelligent in 2024 as a Consultant in the US Legal team, having graduated from Newcastle University with a degree in Business Management.
Max specializes in partnering top talent with elite opportunities across the AM Law Top 100, focusing on the East Coast market. His area of expertise includes but is not limited to Capital Markets, Debt &amp; Leveraged Finance, Corporate M&amp;A, Private Equity, and Antitrust &amp; Competition.
Outside of work, Max is a successful private investor and a passionate traveler. His most recent expedition included a tour of South East Asia.

Max Walsh

Emma is our Office Manager, she joined the business in 2024 as a Senior Compliance Officer where she managed all the onboarding for candidates across multiple divisions before progressing into her current role.
Emma is responsible for supporting Fintelligent&rsquo;s executive team and consultants with a variety of operational and organisational duties.&nbsp; She also plays a pivotal role in driving the office culture and ensuring the business is running as efficiently as possible.
When not in work, Emma enjoys spending time with her children, cooking, and watching the latest Netflix series.

Emma O'Connor

Stacey joined Fintelligent in 2023 as an Accounts Assistant where she fills an integral role in the organisation.
Stacey is responsible for a diverse role, including invoicing, and issuing terms of business to new clients. She self-funded her AAT at college and is now qualified by experience with aspirations to continue her development.
Outside of work, Stacey is a keen traveller, both abroad and in the UK. She spends her weekends with her husband, three children, and their pet cat, turtle, and tropical fish.
