As an Associate in the Business Restructuring & Reorganization team, you will:
  • Represent creditors, including hedge funds and private equity funds, in high-profile cases.
  • Handle debtor-side chapter 11 cases, including cross-border and out-of-court restructurings.
  • Engage in distressed acquisition work.
  • Collaborate with a team of top-tier professionals to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Work primarily from the New York office.
