As a Debt Finance Associate, you'll be responsible for:

  • Structuring, documenting, and negotiating secured and unsecured financing transactions.
  • Handling senior, mezzanine, and subordinated debt transactions.
  • Managing acquisition financings and loan workouts.
  • Overseeing restructurings and debtor-in-possession financings.
  • Leveraging finance experience, especially in mergers and acquisitions.
