Overview:
Our client are looking for a highly skilled professional with expertise in derivatives, structured finance, securitization, and/or other complex finance or capital markets transactions.
Key Responsibilities and Expertise

Experience working on transactional matters involving ISDA and repo documentation.

Exposure to a variety of asset classes, including rates, FX, credit, and equity derivatives.

Strong understanding of the U.S. regulatory framework for derivatives (CFTC and SEC).

Admission to the New York State Bar is required.

Graduation year should be class of 2021 or 2022.
Compensation

Base salary range: $250,000 to $345,000, representing a good faith estimate at the time of posting.

Total compensation may include discretionary bonuses and additional benefits.

Final compensation will reflect experience, qualifications, and firm needs.
