As an Energy & Infrastructure Of Counsel, you'll be responsible for:
- Advising on energy projects, focusing on renewables and energy storage.
- Handling energy offtake agreements, including power purchase agreements and corporate PPAs.
- Working on agreements related to carbon removal credits, nuclear offtakes, and renewable energy credits.
- Engaging in hedging agreements, resource adequacy sales, ISDAs, and EEI agreements.
- Collaborating closely with clients in a fast-paced environment.
