Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of experience practicing federal income tax law at a nationally recognized law firm. Experience in several of the following areas is preferred:

Domestic and cross-border M&A and private equity

Real estate transactions (including REITs)

Fund formation

Bankruptcy and workouts

Venture capital

Finance and capital markets
Additional requirements:

Ability to manage components of transactions independently

Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills

Active membership in the New York or California Bar

New York, NY: $260,000 – $365,000

Los Angeles, CA: $260,000 – $365,000
Compensation may also include bonuses and a full suite of benefits. Final offers depend on experience, qualifications, and location-specific factors.
