The team tackles legal, regulatory, tax, and commercial issues for a wide range of clients, from major asset managers and financial institutions to boutique firms and new fund sponsors. They also represent top institutional investors worldwide, such as sovereign wealth funds, family offices, and corporations.
- Represent fund sponsors in the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds.
- Collaborate with a team of experts in the investment funds sector.
- Provide sophisticated market intelligence and cutting-edge solutions.
- Work closely with general partner sponsors.

The ideal Investment Funds Associate will have:
