A leading global law firm is seeking an attorney to join its Investment Funds Group in its Miami office. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of corporate experience, preferably at a top-tier national or international law firm, and a background in representing fund sponsors in the formation, structuring, and operation of investment funds. Experience with secondaries transactions is a plus.
This firm offers a competitive salary and a robust benefits package. Compensation is based on experience, education, and internal equity. The salary range for this position is between $235,000 and $390,000.
