As a Litigation Counsel - Cyber, Privacy and Data Innovation, you will:
  • Manage complex civil litigation, including class actions, in cyber, privacy, and data innovation.
  • Work directly with clients and manage all aspects of discovery.
  • Take and defend depositions and make court appearances.
  • Handle oral arguments at key hearings and manage mediations.
  • Collaborate with the eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support team.
 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 7+ years of experience in sophisticated, complex civil litigation.
  • Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research skills.
  • Exceptional writing and oral communication abilities.
  • Experience in cyber/data/privacy litigation and regulation.
  • A proactive and dynamic approach to secure favorable client outcomes.
