As a Litigation Counsel - Cyber, Privacy and Data Innovation, you will:
- Manage complex civil litigation, including class actions, in cyber, privacy, and data innovation.
- Work directly with clients and manage all aspects of discovery.
- Take and defend depositions and make court appearances.
- Handle oral arguments at key hearings and manage mediations.
- Collaborate with the eDiscovery, Analytics, and Litigation Support team.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 7+ years of experience in sophisticated, complex civil litigation.
- Strong academic credentials and excellent legal research skills.
- Exceptional writing and oral communication abilities.
- Experience in cyber/data/privacy litigation and regulation.
- A proactive and dynamic approach to secure favorable client outcomes.
