This position will:
- Lead the structuring and formation of private investment funds.
- Advise on credit fund formation, real estate debt funds, and GP-led restructurings.
- Manage secondary transactions mandates.
- Collaborate with the firm's global funds and investment management practice.
- Provide counsel to leading US asset managers.
- Contribute to the firm's growth strategy in the US market.
- Maintain and develop client relationships.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have significant experience in structuring and forming private investment funds.
- Be an experienced counsel or current partner within a recognized funds practice.
- Possess strong skills in GP-led restructurings and secondary transactions.
- Show a proven track record of advising leading US asset managers.
