The role will focus on:
- Advising on the formation, structuring, and management of open-end and closed-end funds across various asset classes.
- Providing expertise on business development company (BDC) matters, including operational and reporting aspects.
- Engaging in underwriter representations and capital markets activities.
- Offering guidance on governance-related compliance and regulatory matters for registered funds and BDCs.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Three to six years of experience in a recognized investment funds practice at a global law firm.
- Expertise in advising on open-end and closed-end funds, including ETFs and interval/tender offer funds.
- Experience in BDC matters and underwriter representations.
- Expertise in governance-related compliance/regulatory matters in relation to registered funds preferred.
- A Juris Doctor from a T14 law school and relevant state bar admission.
