Dan joined Fintelligent as Managing Director in 2024, overseeing the growth of our existing markets and working closely with CEO James Fowler to drive the business’s wider strategy.
Dan has supported the UK and European Real Estate markets for over a decade, working with leading lenders and funders across Development Finance, Bridging, Specialist Term Mortgages, and Special Situations. He holds an exemplary track record at all levels and is known as a pioneer of project-focused, value-add recruitment solutions.
Outside of work, Dan enjoys spending time with his wife, two daughters, and dog Charlie. He is a keen golfer and a follower of football and rugby league.
