Taya Hornsby

Taya joined the company in 2017 and has since advanced to the position of Associate Director of People and Organisational Development.

In this role, she leads the development and execution of innovative learning and development strategies, providing crucial support to both managers and consultants. Taya also oversees the integration of cutting-edge technical solutions, ensuring that the business is equipped with the best tools to serve clients efficiently and empower individuals to achieve their full potential. Alongside this, she manages multiple projects across the organisation and drives the implementation of key processes to support sustainable business growth.

In her spare time, Taya loves spending time with her partner and indulging in her passion for cooking, especially whipping up her famous chocolate brownies – widely regarded as the best you'll ever taste!
