As a Bridging Loan Originator, you will:

 

• Develop and manage relationships with intermediaries, brokers, and SME property developers.
• Source and structure bridging loan opportunities, with potential to expand into larger development finance deals.
• Collaborate with the internal credit team to deliver high-quality proposals and ensure swift deal execution.
• Represent the company at industry events to build brand awareness and generate leads.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and meet origination targets.
