As a BTL Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the commercial lending process.
  • Assessing the financial position and credibility of customers.

  • Explaining loan repayment schedules and managing loans throughout their lifespan.
  • Reviewing and updating loan files and credit documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with client transactions.
  • Assisting relationship managers in growing the commercial business.
  • Handling cross referrals to other areas such as accountancy and insurance.
