The Senior Business Development Manager will:

  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to grow the bridging finance portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property developers, real estate investors, and brokers.

  • Generate leads through networking and attending industry events.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
