As a Development Finance Transaction Manager, you'll be responsible for:

 

• Leading the end-to-end management of structured finance transactions, ensuring alignment with the company's investment strategy.
• Developing bespoke financing structures for various debt products, including development finance facilities and real estate finance.
• Collaborating with internal teams and external parties to maintain strong relationships and ensure seamless deal execution.
• Reviewing and negotiating key transaction documents to ensure clarity and precision.
• Identifying and mitigating risks associated with transactions, ensuring compliance with standards and policies.
• Preparing detailed transaction updates and reports for senior management and stakeholders.
